Do you support the war in Iraq??

If I was the President I wouldn't have started the war in the first place. I don't agree with the war but I do support our troops because I know it is their duty to defend our country and that is what they are doing but too much money and too many lives have been spent on this war and not much has been accomplished. We need to end this and go back to a peaceful way of living.

no question of supporting the war in Iraq as America had no business in interfering into internal matters of a sovereign country. If Saddam Hussein was killing his own brothers, it was up to them to stand up to it. NO one believes in the USA president's crap that he's doing it for the liberty of mankind. history proves that no powerful nation ever tried to liberalize another nation, if it was not for the ultimate benefit of the powerful nation itself. the erstwhile USSR attacked and occupied Afganistan for its precious gas reserves. USA supported & helped the Taliban grow (thru Pakistan)and oust the USSR because it itself wanted to control the huge gas reserves. same in Iraq, the USA just wants to instal a puppet Govt. there and take control over the huge oil reserves of Iraq. the problem is that in today's unipolar world, no nation is strong enough to stand up to the USA. so all consentious USA citizens, instead of feeling proud at such aggrandization, should actually compel their president to review his foreign policy. i mean there must be other non-violent ways of conquering a nation.

I'm not sure if I supported the idea of the war in the first place, but now that we're there we have to stay and finish the job. The troops can't be pulled until peace is restored IMO.
