What organ or body part are you willing to give up for the person you love?

I have this story to tell... there was once a girl who was blind.. a guy fell in love with her, and since she couldn't believe that a normal guy would ever love her. She was full of hate and grief with the world around her. but the guy sincerely loved her. The guy asked her to marry him, but the girl declined because she said that it was too risky since she was blind, but the guy was totally inlove with her and really true to her. So one day, the guy had a surprise for the girl- he bought her to the hospital, and to prove his love for her, he brought the girl to the hospital to have an eye transplant. The operation was succesful, and the girl was so excited to be able to finally see! before removing the bandage from her eyes, she requested that her boyfriend sit in front of her so he will be the first person she sees. He agreed. The bandage was taken off- slowly the girl opened her eyes and to her dissapointment- she saw her boyfriend... eyes both covered and BLIND. She was mad because the guy lied to her and told her that he could see... She broke up with the guy and never talked to him after that because she felt betrayed and lied to by the guy. Years later the guy got terribly sick, he asked the girl if she could possibly spend some time with him since he knew that he was terminally ill and may possibly live his last day on earth. After many times of trying to reach the girl -who was still mad at him because of the incident, she decided to go anyway. When she was there she asked him why he lied about pretending to see and everything- the girl never knew that the guy- gave up his own eyes for her to see. He said its ok for him to be blind since, he already saw all that he needed to see from this world and because he loved this girl so much- he wanted her to have that same joy as well. Upon hearing this the girl cried and cried- and the guy.. finally had his last breath... its a tragic story indeed...i read this somewhere before i hope i was able to convey it with the same thought as when i read it as well... related to this story- the guy gave up his eyes for the one he loves- What about you? if in case you will have the opportunity of having to donate or give up a body part or an organ of your body for the one you love to save her or prolong her life or simply to just give her something that she needs to live her life to the fullest.. what organs would you rather give? are you also willing to go blind just to have the one you love see again? or are you willing to give up one of your kidneys? liver? ... if im given that chance- For the person i love? i will give anything that they will need.. even if it will have to cost me my life...
