Addicted to gum.

I think I must be addicted to gum. I swear whenever I'm not chewing gum, I start chewing on my tongue. I don't realize it though until my tongue starts to feel sore. Does this happen to anyone else?

OMG! This is a bit to the extreme. Never heard it. Why not think of a way out instead of wanting to know if there's someone else out there like you?

yes! I chew on my lip whenever I don't have gum. it's horrible

I do not chew gum that often since I can not chew gum at the school where I work and neither can the students. I read an article that stated that research shows that students do better on tests if they are chewing gum. It seems that gum chewing helps them concentrate.
