hypertension are u aware of it?

i've been wrking with a pharmaceutical comp. right now, since then, ive found out that most people suffer from hypertension at a certain age. most of which are those in the late 30's. and in research food is a big factor, cholesthrol and as such... being aware of it could mean a lot to prolong life, and somehow save money..

I am in my mid 30s and suffer from high blood pressure/hypertension. i home monitor and keep a track of my bp on free online trackng software. www.bloodr.com. am battling to loose 4 stone to help lower my bp naturally without medication.
