egg anyone?

I don't make it that often, but one of my favorite ways to have eggs is called "Eggs in Purgatory". It's basically and italian style egg dish, where you cook eggs in tomato sauce. It's really yummy and a great brunch dish with some toast. Eggs in Purgatory 1 clove crushed garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cups canned tomato puree 4 fresh basil leaves, torn into pieces or 1 pinch dried oregano salt and pepper 8 large eggs 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese or romano cheese In a medium skillet, cook the garlic in the oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes, or until lightly golden. Add the tomato, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened. Break an egg into a small cup. With a spoon, make a well in the tomato sauce. Slide the egg into the sauce. Continue with the remaining eggs. Sprinkle with the cheese. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your taste. Serve hot.

In the first place I do not like eggs at all. I eat it sometimes and that too in the scarmbled way.

I like scrambled eggs the best. I make mine with a little diced tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, onion and green chiles. My family calls it a broken omelet. I call it good! :) I constantly move the spatula around in my eggs to break them up and so they don't get crunchy. I hate crunchy eggs!

i like all kind of egg for breakfast.if i eat bread,i like scramble egg or sunnyside up.if i have rice porridge for breakfast,i like half boiled egg.o yes, i also like to eat salty egg--salty duck egg actually.i taste so good with rice.but you have to boil it first;p

i like my eggs scrambled with alittle salsa and cheese...my husnad likes his sunny side up....

yes,i like poached eggs!when i cook noodles,i like put poached eggs in it.i dislike fried eggs,it is bad to our health.

Over hard is the most common way I eat eggs, or scrambled. I enjoy boiled and poached as well, but I rarely make them that way.

i love scrammbled eggs with cheese and hot sauce. we have them around here once a week and make tortilas to go with it. my oldest likes fried hard, youngest only likes them with something else cooked in them. hubby likes over med. i cooked at waffle house for years so trust me i can cook eggs but hate to since i have cooked so many lol.

I like mine scrambled with american cheese folded into the eggs while cooking them, not just melted on top. I also love to have some pan fried hashbrown potatoes along with my eggs:) Yumm...I guess I know what I'll be having tomorrow for breakfast!

i 'd like to have any type of egg doesnt matter but that should be well cooked means not burned or in bad shape i eat clean and light food as in morning i like to have gg daily sometimes boil sometimes fry

I would like to have either a double deep fried omlette or a sexy omlette(thats what they called here with chopped onions and green chillies) yum yum...:)

I always eat my eggs scambled. I find that they taste better that way. Give me some scambled eggs, toast, orange juice and some hash, and ill be good to go for the day.
