I have gone down to a 9

I have looked at the properties on your star and it seems you are now rated 95/100, which doesn't make sense I thought it were in the 90s you were a ten star?! Don't worry my friend, you'll soon be back at 10 again, either it's a gremlin in the works or you're friends will rally around again to make sure you have a nice blue star again x

Someone just rated you a -. Well probably more than one person, I would imagine it takes more than one negative rating to affect a star rating. So maybe some people didn't agree with your posts and rated you badly. They arent supposed to do it, but we all know they do, and it happens. You'll just have to ignore the members that attack your rating for no reason and keep making good comments and posts! It will be a 10 before you know it, don't worry!

Might be someone rated you negative yesterday. I also went down to 9 before so I know what you're feeling. Don't worry, you have a lot of friends here. You'll have your 10 star rating again in no time.

Hi weemam. I can understand why you feel sad too. I truly enjoy your discussions etc., and look forward to them, as so many of them make me smile, spark a memory for me etc. myLot is an interesting and fun place, and there are so many kind, wonderful people on here, I've found, even as a newbie. Wee,I can understand you being sad..I would be to and it would hurt my feelings..I'm so sorry that you have had this happen..I do not understand this Weemam,Your discussions and responses are always good...I have never given you anything but++++++++s..... Have you checked your discussions/responses/comments to see if there might be some disgruntled person? Yesterday you were a blue so something drastic happened.. I would ask the mylot staff to check it out...Maybe it's a glitch or something.. I'm sure it's not right I don't care if you went to a 1/100 with whatever color that is you would still be a blue to me Honey..Love ya Sweets..keep yer chin up..

Your star rating points are currently at 95/100. From 96 and above it should be a ten again. You will quickly get that point back. You haven´t done anything wrong, in fact I´ve seen some people on here who start good discussions and give quality answers and they´ve only got an eight star. It must have been someone who´s given you a minus rating. It´s happened to other good, valuable members here, nothing much we can do about it, I´m afraid. Some people will use the minus rating wisely and others don´t. Don´t give it too much thought. You´ll soon have your tenner back. Don´t worry, you´re doing a good job here. Keep up the good work. I think 96 and above is a 10, kind of like a grade point average in the US. It may mean that someone has forgotten to rate your discussions. It will go back up. I do not think it is necessarily someone rating you - or being unhappy with you. We will just have to give you lots of plusses so that it does go right back.

Aww wee honey, don't worry...I think all of go through this phase and until I went through it myself I didn't realize how it felt. Trust me you will be back up to a 10 soon, and here's a couple of plusses from me to make you bounce right back! I'm sure other friends will support you too so don't let the 9 bother you, before long you will be back on a 10. :)

I think someone may have rated you -. It's strange because quite a few of the top rating members have been saying that their stars are dropping recently. It's almost as though someone has a vendetta against those of us with top ratings which is really kind of sad and rather pathetic. Knowing you as I do and the kind of discussions you do, I'm certain that you'll be back up on top in no time at all. Just to help you along the way, I've rated you + :o)

Sweetheart I feel for you - I know how much you take things to heart - we are very alike! I cannot understand this myself as I know that you would and could never set out to upset or offend anyone! There are some sad and lonely people out there sweets and it might have something to do with the problems they have started - don't worry your good heart and caring attitude will have you back up to a 10 in no time! i don't even have one of them star things just stop worrying about nothing if or when you agree to worry, make sure its about something that matters

i find all your discussions interesting and your words in every responses u made is nice and heart warming. i dont know why people will give negative rating on you, maybe they're insecure and they're not here on mylot to have a clean fun. u have loads of friends here, i knew your rating will be back in 10 star again.

Weemam I really do not understand why you have gone down but I do know as I have heard it from a lot of People now that there are some Members on here down rating the good People for no reason as I am waiting for it to happen to me to. I do not know what these Members are hoping to achieve apart from upsetting lovely People and possibly ruining a good Site. I am so sorry this has happened and of course I will carry on rating you to help you get it back I really do not know what else to say my lovely Friend. I know sooner or later I will be hit by it to and so will many more good Members Love and a big Hug to you xxx

ohhhhh when your star drops it makes you feel bad, i know this only too well. My star dropped from an 9 to an 8 for a week because some vindictive individual decided to follow me around making negative ratings to my discussions and responses. Its petty but some individuals get their kicks this way. You dont have to have an argument to get the negative ratings fairy to pay you a visit. It happens to us all every once in a while you just have to keep on posting and making sure you keep doing what you are doing, we all know the quality of your contribution to the site. Please dont be down, it is not you with the problem, it is them. blessed be

I wouldnt take it so bad. Being a 9 is not so bad. They just do that to make you try harder here thats what I think. I dont even care about the stars I think they are unjust anyway. So cheer up its not the end of the world.

I think if people had a concrete reason for the downgrading, members wouldn't feel so bad about it. To have been downgraded without a solid reason, leaves posters wondering why. This is the second message I have seen today on this topic. Unfortunately, you may never knwo the reason for it.

I am brand new to MyLot and still getting an understanding of the rating system and the stars. I can tell you honestly that I enjoy your discussions and look forward to reading them. Your replies are always on target too, not just "great" or "thanks". Not trying to butter you up, I hope you know, just telling you the truth! I still haven't given a negative to anyone although as I read in the FAQs I think there have been a few replies that should have gotten one. Waiting a bit until I learn the ropes better. I'm sure with your upbeat attitude you'll be moving on up very soon!
