Surfing on the internet may be the usual way for most students in their spare time.
Why internet attracts so many people? It may depend on the following reasons. First of all, it is easy and convenient for us to acquire useful information. We can complete this job through a button in less than one second. Secondly, there are a variety of resources in the net where we can conveniently choose what we need. For example, we can get a large number of e-books, which are free for everybody. Thirdly, the net also provides plenty of games, forums, chat rooms, etc. It makes people relaxed when they finished their boring hard work outside.
In all, the internet has an increasingly positive influence in our life.

It's easy, it's cheap (sometimes) and it's available all the time.
People can communicate with other people from all over the world, information is easy to obtain by online newspapers, magazines, there are websites to play and download games to entertain.
Internet is important, it helps people to spend their time, to study, to know other people but we cannot forget it's better to know people personally than only online. Internet is good if used with care.
