What is more important to our life ? Is it sleep or food.

Sleep and food are two important things to sustain our life. If we only have food and we don't get much sleep, we will feel restlessa nd would always have a negative perspective to life. I believe they are both important. We can't choose only one. we need both to sustain the daily needs of the body and to become healthy at all times.

I like the tasty food and all delicious cakes and chocolates, sleep on the other hand sleep is just a requirement for our body which I can skip but I would not want to skip my food... but I like food as well as sleep, sleep makes me fresh again for the next day's work... both are more or less equally important...

Well that's a tought question since both are essential to your health. You can't live without either but I think sleep is more important. You can go for a while without food since you have fat stored in your body. Your body will pass out from exhaustion if you go without sleep for too long.
