Ok I took my ford windstar in for an oil change and to look into a problem with the battery, well now I am at at least $1600+tax so far and they haven't found the problem with the battery. The car whines when turning corners and has a tendency to shake a lot. It turns out the steering rack is crap it is leaking power steering fluid, the inner tie rods are shot, the tires are crap, the drain on the battery has not yet been found.
