Well i dont think our mood follows music rathe vice versal i think music follows out moods,as when we are down and out we wont want to listen hip hop kind of music we'll just hate it at that time and in the parties when we are cheery and going up and down we wont be going for slow music rather than some fast tracks so its our mood who which decides what we want to hear at that moment and if given something totally oposite i dont think it will going to accept it at all.

I have music playing most of the time in the house and in the car. I find that as a rock fan most of the time the music is goth or rock, played loud, and it cheers me up. When I need to relax I have different cd's to play, mainly the more peaceful type of meditation music. Music can definitely influence your moods.

Yes. Cause when i'm happy and suddenly i heard a sad song or any song that reminds me of the past, it makes me feel sad.

I feel that music does indeed change the mood we are in. Music gives you a sense of feeling that can sway depending on the music style. Loud, fast music usually gets you either upset, or pumped up. Slow music tends to get you into a romantic or tired kind of mood.

yes i think it changes mood your in..
if im alone at home and missing someone, i'd turn on the radio and listen to my favorite song and i would forget the loneliness that i feel.
if i'm scared or anxious, i listened to anything with an upbeat tune and my fears and worries would be gone. so i think it really changes your mood.

I think you're right. When you listen to happy music you feel better when you were a bit down.If you would listen to sad music you would get even more sad then you were.Music can make you feel like you want to dance or to cry or other things.
