Ebay?

I sell stuff from my house that I no longer need. Be completely honest in your descriptions and photographs on eBay and don't rip people off with postage costs. You can sell most things on eBay but be careful selling electronics, there are many people trying to rip you off with iPods and laptops.

It depends on what you have available. You can virtually sell anything there but it's better if they're really useful. You can have like a garage sale on the internet! If you have any vintage pieces there, you can sell them too. I think electronics are cool things to buy there and also homemade stuffs. Just remember to describe it in great detail so that buyers will easily understand and like your items. It assures them that what you're selling is the real thing. Put a lot of information about it too. Good luck on selling! =)

You would do well to think very carefully as to what to sell on Ebay. Think about what sort of market you wish to try and break into, will you try and sell common items which have mass appeal, or will you sell more selective items, which will appeal to a smaller audience i.e. a niche market? NExt do some research as to how many people are selling your item, and consider their prices and get an average price and try and sell lower than this in order to attract customers. You may want to buy things fro liquidation stock or items in bulk and then resell them as single items or units and charge extra. Remember to send items promptly, make sure that they are in a good condition for your customers, treat your customers with respect and you will o well in Ebay. I hope this helps you even a little.

People buy everything on Ebay. One of the best things to make money from on Ebay is baby & kids clothes. I sell my kids' clothes that they have outgrown (still in excellent condition) and can make a quite a bit on them. I sell new stuff too, if I am out shopping and find great stuff on clearance or on sale, I pick it up and list it. If you have stuff around your house that you don't want/need...you can sell that to get you started, to "test" before you buy stuff to sell.

I don't get to spend a lot of time on E-bay since the paypal in out country has limited features. However, we have other auction sites and most of the things I buy are computers and other tech. gadgets. But if you're from the U.S. i think that the "junk" that you have in your attic are probably the best bets. Who knows, maybe some people will need what you have. One man's trash could be another man's treasure.
