New career choice?

I'm having great troubles trying to study for my medical boards after migrating to the US and giving up my job in med in Sydney, and was wondering if there was some good career I could get into without having to engage in full-time studying again, as it is really bringing my spirits down.

there are a lot of jobs out there that doesn't need additional education... juts know what your interest are and search it over the web what are the possible jobs that it can provide you
