Our dog is our fisrt child and we would spend whatever it cost to save our dog. We just spent $300 on her to get her treated for heartworm and my husband said whatever it costs we will pay it.

as i believe that spending money for pet is next to means great affection towards it, and such thing touches the god... more effetable than prayer to him.

My little Manuel is like a child to me and I would do almost anything to help him medically if it would ensure a better quality of life for him. I would have to say that I wouldn't even think of the cost if a surgery would save his life. However, if whatever procedure needed to be would keep him alive-but in a diminished state then I would probably have to put him down. I wouln't want my adoration for him to compromise his quality of life. If he would be in pain for the rest of his life then it's not worth it.
