In the last few days my Eczema has made a return with renewed viguor, not scratching it is becoming a major problem, especially as my arms and legs are slowly turning to one big, red, itchy mess.
Does anyone have any good methods of easing the annoyance or sending it back into hibernation where it belongs?

Try Oreganol; it's a natural oil containing extract from wild oregano plants. It was the only thing I tried that actually healed these red itchy patches I had on my face a few years ago. Just apply a few drops of the oil to the itchy spots and rub into the skin gently. The skin will feel warm for a while, then the itch should go away within a few minutes. I used it right before before bed every night, and I got really great results. Within about 2 to 3 weeks, the itchy patches were completely gone. Once you've got the itchiness under control, I recommend Eucerin original cream for moisturizing. Hope this helps.

I have found using Nizoral shampoo on the affected areas helps a lot. My friend tried it on her daughter who's legs would break out in scabs and it helped her a lot too.
