Could you give me some good eating tips for wieght loss?

I excercise alot i do 200 pushups everynight and 300 situps. I also jog 5 miles every morning with weight ankles. I am not to big but basketball season is coming up at my college. So do you all have any eating tips to go along with the excercise? Right now eating is the main thing that is messing me up.

it actually has a lot to do with how you eat as well. If you would eat 3 meals a day and a light snack that would help a lot. I guarantee if you watch your calories, eat 3 meals at around the same times each day, and do pillates you will see a big difference. Also too much excercise can build up your muscles which makes actual weight loss less noticable on the scales, but still noticeable in the pants sizes :-)

oh, also, don't listen to anyone telling you to crash diet/starve yourself. that can actually hold up weight loss because your body will go into "starvation mode" and store everything you do eat as fat. its also very unhealthy.
you can also try eating more foods that help speed up metabolism like cabbage and grapefruits. stay away from the skinny pills, they are dangerous.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO CUT ALL THE GREASY FOODS YOU LIKE JUST EAT SMALLER POTIONS AND EAT A LITTLE HEALTHIER REPLACE A BAG AOF CHIPS WITH A FRUIT SALAD!!THAT'S HOW I LOST 100 POUNDS

yeah,work at night for an year or 2 as i did,sleep on daytime,eat only once or twice a day,if you have time at all..don't buy too much food to keep in your fridge....and with some of daily stress you wil lose weight and u wish u didnt:))i know i want my 4 kilos back now and i dont gain weight no matter what i eat ..

You just need to learn portion control. It also helps to eat small amounts every 3-4 hours. When you eat something you should look at the label and see how much is one serving and try to only eat one serving of what ever it is you are eating. You should also make sure you are having at least 6 8oz glasses of water everyday. Another tip is to make sure you have 3-5 servings of fruits and vegis everyday. IF you can afford it, I recommend Weight Watchers. They will teach you how to do all the the things I just mentioned. It really works I have lost 105 lbs in 66 weeks!
