Mylot Questions

I am really new to Mylot (second day) and have a few questions.
(a) How do you get paid from uploaded pictures ? I Uploaded a few but i do not know how to make them public.
(b) When you refer someone how much do you make off the ref. ?
(c) what are the earnings based on ? ala posts/Pics/ref ect. ? And what is the normal earning amount ?

I already try to upload my photo but i don't get my earning. When i try to upload in discussion they give me 1 cents.
And for start a discussion i don't know how much they pay us, my earning is 19 until 40 cents a day
