What worked for you to quit smoking?

I really want to quit...I know I am ready. I have just started noticing the smoke smell on myself when I come inside from having a smoke and sometimes it really makes me sick to my stomach. So, I ask you all, what worked for you?

Thats nice to hear..I dont smoke but i helped my friends and few of them quit smoking.
