a single mom needs some help

I am a single mom of three wounderful children. I will never trade them in for anything or anyone. I need to know who out thier are single and haveing a hard time makeing ends meet. I have lost so much that I do not know what to do anymore. I am trying my hardest to servive on just my income and it is not working. I get no help from thier father at all on anything. I go to parent teacher conferensses doctors surgury and god only knows what elts I go through. I need some advise on what to do so I can manage my money better and not be in such a rut. Is thier anyone out thier that can give me advise or even show me what to do?

There is nothing wrong with being a single mom, my heart goes out to you. I think it is wonderful you dont give them up. My sister is a single mom of 2, and she is doing ok. She has a nice job, if you dont mind me asking what do you do? Does it pay well or is it a job you have just trying to get a little extra money?

i am a school bus driver and i do not get paid very muchbut you know what it is a job and gets us by by the skin of my teeth.

I am the single mom of three children as well. I get no support from their biological father either. If my kids need to go to the doctor I am the one who takes them. I deal with everything that has to do with the children.
You need to take a step back and take a deep breath. Go to your local human services and apply for financial help. They will also help you get child support if you want them to. That is what the services are there for. They may even be able to give you a list of places that can also help you in other ways. Like child care and getting an affordable housing.

i have child support as matter of fact it just went down because he cried proverty. he does not have to put them on his insurance because if he does the support will go down even more. as for the state helping they r only giveing me 160.00 for food stamps per month because i make just under the provertie level.i can not even get hud because i make to much money for a family of 4.

Hello.....
Contact the Health and Human Services Office in your town/city they will enforce any support order against your husband if there is one. If not they will help you get the court order. They can also help guide you in getting other types of aid.
