Yield Queens

Why do the beauty queens never learn? Yield=Karma. They've yielded in the last season they were on and it bit them right back in the a**. Yeah, this one may have not gotten back at them instantly but karma is lurking behind every corner. It could cost them the race. And it is just me or does Mirna seem a lot likable when she's not so stressed out. They were actually bearable to watch during the first few minutes when they knew they were in the lead so they weren't so stressed, except for the time when she was shrieking "cookies", and kudos to them for choosing not to yield anyone. It made me laugh how she was doing this kinda superstar attitude when the people in Malaysia actually recognized them or when they were doing the newspaper road block and she gave this speech about drugs to the people there. Too bad Uchenna and Joyce are eliminated but they've already won the race, they don't need that anymore. So, it's getting to the final 3. How excited are you?

The Yield can be a useful strategic move when used at the right time and place. I don't consider it bad karma that the queens used it, just too bad they did it at a time that it didn't do all that much good. Charla and Mirna are a hoot to watch. Actually, I like Charla quite a bit but can't stand Mirna. I was so glad when Charla finally stood up for herself and talked back last week. Sorry to see Uchenna and Joyce go but they made mistakes. And they've already won once. And Eric makes me sick. What a nasty piece of work he is. Danielle isn't much better. So that leaves the boys. Despite a little tension between them this week, they're mostly very respectful of everyone and they're trying hard to win. Who do I want to win? I guess The Queens this time. They're excellent players. They might just pull it off.

I totally agree with you. I HATE Erick. Didn't like him and whatsisname the first time, and I even hate him more now. He's such a chauvinist pig. I would really, really, really, really hate it if they win. I know they haven't had a first place finish yet but like what the queens said, they are the strongest team. I just hope luck isn't on their side and I hope they keep getting delayed flights.

I want the beauty queens to win but think they should not of yeilded anyone but it making for an more tense race wondering if karma gonna catch them. From a stratigic point it was a smart move becasue they were abel to gain all the time lost back and still finished 3rd i would of liek d this to be a non elimination leg but it wasnto want Uchenna and Joyce to be in the final 3 they treat each other and everyoen they meet with such respect and kindness no matter how much of a hurry they are in.

Oh no, they didn't! The beauty queens did it again! Well, technically, danny and oswald did the yielding, but still it was the BQ who decided to yield Eric and Danielle. Personally, i like both the BQ and danny and oswald from the start. I also hate Eric for being such a jerk...but in the last episode, i can't help but feel kinda sympathetic towards eric and danielle...imagine being yielded twice! and they were in the last place at that. if i was in their place, i think i would've been pretty pissed off too. I still believe it's just a strategic move for dustin and candice, but i can't help think why would they need to yield in exchange for the money when danny and oswald don't seem to like to yield anybody. well, in this episode, the yield kinda worked for the BQ, but it sure was a pretty bad karma for danny and oswald...

I haven't seen the episode yet but I've read about it on their site. Too bad for Danny and Oswald. I really liked them but I don't understand why do they have to do that. Aren't they allowed to beg for money? Again, I think it's a strategic move for Dustin and Kandace, they just really want Eric and Danielle out because honestly, they're strong team with Eric. I mean, Eric has been carrying Danielle throughout this whole race and he's a really competent racer. Karma got back quickly at Danny and Oswald but I think it would also be catching up on Dustin and Kandace soon. Too bad, they're really my favorite team.

yeah, too bad karma really bites. i never did like eric and danielle, too but i admit, if it comes to running the race, with equal opportunities and resources, they can really beat the beauty queens. ^___^
