How often do you * REALLY * exercise?

How often do you really exercise? I know I don't exercise on a daily basis but sometimes I do. So how many people actually exercise or have a routine they follow for exercising?

I don't have a routine for exercising at all, I guess the only exercise I get is when I play hockey. It definitily is great exercise, but that is the extent for me.
