Eastern or Western Medicine holistic vs traditional

I prefer western style.I am a chinese,and used to choose eastern traditional ways.However,I believe western way is more prevail in the world.And the most important thing is that many splendid traditional ways were forgotten or lost,so I have to choose western medicin holistic by having no other means.

great answer. My husband too is chinese, funny thing is, though not closed to holistic wellness, having to choose - he'd choose western, while I'd choose eastern!

As far as physiotherapy is concerned i prefer traditional for this particular reason, most physio in the western style are males whilst a few traditional physios i know are females (some are in 20s). The traditional style one is very "diverse" than western one so i guess thats about sum it up for me. As for other fields, i rarely fallen i'll so i have no commments about both sides effectiveness.
