Ok...What was the deal with Tony getting pinched for a pistol
with hollow points...Does New Jersey have some tough gun laws or what??
I mean..some kid picks it up and tells the cops it belonged to someone else after 3 years have passed...Thats kinda hard to take..what gives?? Whats wrong with hollow points..I mean they were armor piercing or anything..??

From what I was told, those types of bullets are considered illegal in some areas; I have to assume that the producers and writers researched the local laws and worked that into the script. The charges were dropped by Essex Country but the FBI is going to try to roll it into the RICO charges.
