Hmm, that is not necessarily true for many people. Some people make more per response than others. Mylot uses a system of calculations that factor how much you really get paid, so there is really no concrete amount per post for everyone. Here's something you can do that will help you earn more money: For one, make sure you write quality responses. It's not good to write less than two lines. More is generally better if you have more to say. If you make it too long, though, people tend not to read it. Also, rate everyone and add tags whenever possible. Don't be afraid to comment on responses when necessary. I hope it helps. Just keep posting and have fun, you'll get to the good money eventually and it will seem effortlessly.

Well unfortunately if your here to earn money I think you will be disappointed along with anyone else only here for money. The way I look at it if your answer and post on another forum for run why not do it here where you can earn a little extra money at it.

Welcome to mylot! =o} It is not as bad as all that. We like it here. It is a place to have discussions, learn new things, and make new friends. You can make more by following the guidelines (found at the bottom, right side of the page) and giving good responses. I know I get more than 1 cent per post. One thing to know we get paid for responses like this, but not the comments below them. Only the ones with numbers get money.

When I first started, I took me a few days to earn my first dollar. It was far less than 100 posts. You will do better by posting quality discussions. Try to make a point to write complete sentences and proper punctuation. When posting a discussion or a response, make sure you have 3 to 5 full sentences at least. Rate everything you come across. Pick an avatar and decorate your profile page. Also, photos can be rated. If you have photos, they can be uploaded and you earn for that also. Always remember, you get rewarded for participating. So *participate* as much as you can.
