Mine was Annie. A musical. :) I absolutely loved all the singing!!! And I learned the songs to sing along. But I have not seen Annie in years! Annie has now been replaced with The Little Mermaid. hehehe One of my daughters love it so much too, she set herself to learn all the words to all the songs too! :)

Well the first movie I remember seeing in the theater was "Young Frankenstien". I'm sure I saw ones before that but it's the first one I remember seeing. Yes I do still watch it. I enjoy it a lot actually. The first movie I remember watching at home I think would either by The Wizard of Oz or Sound of Music. Both were shown once a year at different times of course. Both are very good and I do still watch them on occassion. The only other one I think it might be would be Shirley Temple's Heidi. It was another one that was shown yearly when I was a kid.

The movie I find memorable as a kid was Empire of the Sun. It was not really for kids but I happen to watch it in the VCR anyways. Very touching War movie.

My big brother took me to the movie theatre to see ET. We watched the movie for a bit and sometime during the movie I dont remember which part but I got really scared. They had to call my mom to come and get us early becasue I was to scared to finish watching the movie. I watch it now though with my 5 year old daughter and she loves it, wasnt scared at all. I must have been a wimp! lol

I actually have two. One is Annie - and I still love it. I just recently bought it actually:) And the other is The Wizard of Oz. Those two movies I was always allowed special privileges to stay up 'late' to watch. And I still love The Wizard of Oz too. They're both classics. Of course too all the old classic Christmas movies & cartoons too. Can't forget those.

I'm a real sucker for Christmas specials even now...I just bet you're a fan of Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol...I alway seem to cry at that one song in it--"I'm all alone in the world"

The first movie I remember seeing was "The Lion King." I don't know how old I was, but I remember being very impressed that the characters in the movie spoke to the audience and knew that kids were watching.
