This has always intrigued me. From what I have read, Hitler was obsessed with the occult. In fact, he was in search of what is known as the "Spear of Destiny," a spear used by a Roman soldier to piece the side of Christ while he was on the cross, throughout his reign. He believed that if he had the spear he would win the war. Needless to say, he never acquired it. There are some very fascinating books and documentaries on the subject. You might enjoy "Spear of Destiny," or it's follow-up, "The Mark of the Beast," by Trevor Ravenscroft. I'm not sure whether or not it's legal to post links to other sites here, but you can find a copy at amazon.com.

Yeah. The Joy of Satan's founder, Maxien Dietrich has lots of stories that she took from her husband Cliff Herrington, the ex chairman of the NSM in regards to this. She has some original tracts of Hitler's involvement with the occult. Here is her website: http://www.joyofsatan.com http://www.666blacksun.com Also, Peter Levenda's book The Unholy Aliiance gives a good background on Nazi Occultism
