Is eBay.com a safe place to use?

Im really considering going to eBay and buying a few things. Has anyone ever used it? If so please tell me what the outcomes for you were, Because I dont have the money to be getting scammed. Please post.

you just need to see the feedbacks that the seller have! and you can also inquire to the admins of ebay.com for that certain person before you buy! by the way, from what place are you?

I have never bought from eBay, but I would imagine it is pretty safe for the most part. It's a very large site so I would think they would have the best security measures, as I doubt they would want scams being brought up against their site.
