Do you let your dog lick your face/mouth?

My nephew lets his dog lick his face and in his mouth he thinks it's funny I think it's gross. My moms dog is always trying to give me 'kisses' and it totally freaks me out. maybe I'm just not a dog person I would let my cat lick my face, but not near my mouth.
Do you let your dog kiss you or your kids?

Well I don't have any pets first of all but I do like little puppies. Personally I don't think pets faces belong anywhere near a humans' but that's my opinion. I certainly would not allow my pet dog or cat to lick my children's faces if I could help it and children are much more sensitive than adults with regards to there immunity. Who knows sometimes our kids get sick and we never attribute it to the fact that the dog had it's tongue in our children's mouths, when it could very well be that that's what made them sick.
