Your Pizza Wasn't Cut Before it Was Delivered

What would you do if you ordered a pizza and after it had already been delivered and the driver had left, you realize that your pizza has not been cut? Would you call and complain? Would you demand a new pizza be sent out to you?

If not being cut was the only problem with the pizza I wouldn't do anything other than cutting it myself. If I had ordered from a place that I use often I might mention it next time I ordered. Then again I might not. I would complain oar ask for another pizza, if the pizza wasn't cooked properly, was cold, or if the topping weren't the ones I had ordered. Other than that why would I make a big issue out of it?

I wouldn't complain about it not being cut. I now could cut it to my own liking. A complaint from me would have to be for late delivery, wrong toppings, overcharge, or the wrong order sent to me. I wouldn't demand a new pizza, just a discount on next one.

To be completely honest, the issues that weigh on my mind are bigger than that. If I had to face that, it would be a breeze. If I cannot cut a pizza, I should just go make an egg sandwich and go to bed.

I have a pizza cutter. I would just use it. Why call and complain. It won't solve anything. They aren't going to send anyone out to cut my pizza for me...

I've never had that happen; sure I get some pizzas that look pretty hacked up but never an uncut one. One time I got one that was so unevenly cut that I called the owner and asked him who was cutting the pizza. He's a good friend and asked me to take a picture of it so he could see what I was talking about. One piece was like three inches on the crust and a couple were less than an inch. Who ever cut that certainly didn't know what they were doing :]

I actually had to laugh when I read the title of this discussion because it was just last week when we got a pizza that was not cut. You should have seen my son's face when he opened the box, expecting to grab a piece of pizza. I thought he was going to fall over! As he stood there speechless, we walked over and looked into the box, and then we all burst out laughing. My son is the one person of anyone I know who would normally be upset by something like this. It could not have worked out better that he was the one to open the pizza box, because he stood there with that look of disbelief on his face while the rest of us roared with laughter all around him. This happened at the pizza shop since they do not deliver, but I had to share my story just the same because I got such a kick out of it and thought you might too. Anyway, if it was to happen on a home delivery, I would probably jut cut the pizza myself depending on which pizza shop I ordered from. I may or may not call the pizza shop to let them know, but I would definitely not complain nor demand a replacement. My only reason for calling would be so that they would be aware of the problem. I am not one to complain unless there is a really good reason.

I would rather call and tell them by next time they should cut the whole pizza before they will deliver it.It's not a big issue for me if the whole pizza was not cut because I will have to do it by myself.

i would just cut it myself and eat it. it isnt so hard to do but i would like for the pizza company to cut it for me because it is more convenient. if it happened too many times maybe i would order from a different company. it hasnt happened to me before though
