First off, for those who don't know, a blog is an online journal or diary where people put their commentaries or experiences.
I've been looking at most blogs and noticed that now most of them are for income only. I wonder if there are other reasons why people blog. I've been a blogger for more than a year and my blog doesn't generate any income at all (by choice) and i'm fine with it.
So my question is, if you have a blog, why do you have one? and if you don't, why don't you have one?

same goes here with me. I have two blogs, one in e-blogger (for earning money purposes) and the other one in blogchex (for personal use). I was very active then at my blogspot before i joined mylot and seldom i write there because my time is hooked now at mylot. While my blogchex is being used to post pictures of my grand daughter.

Actually, the majority of blogs are not about making money. That's a fairly recent development, and one that most people are failing at because they're more interested in the money than in providing content. I've had a blog for gifted adults for almost a year, and it isn't set up to make money, just to share information.
There are hundreds of thousands of blog that discuss the news, provide information on various subjects, or show off art work or writing. Blogs are very versatile and you can use them for almost anything.

Some have something important to say, like I love those glasses . . receiving checks in my mailbox, acts of kindness, making real freinds, sharing . .
