The most common treatment for OCD that I've noticed is a combination of therapy with drugs.
From what I've experienced, the most effective medicines are effexor with ativan, or a similar prescription: anti-anxiety with a stabilizer.
What has or hasn't worked for you?

I have heard that Luvox worked out the best for OCD, but i can't really verify that myself. I am on Luvox because of depression, but i don't really see that it cured my minor ocd.
