They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I had noodles today since it was the only food available when I woke up. How about you guys? Do you normally have a heavy breakfast?

It's true, it's true, breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day. I haven't had my breakfast at home, I ate outside, to be exact at McDonald's. I was in a bit of hurry this morning that I haven't had time to prepare my breakfast today. Good thing that there is a nearby McDonald's store at the place I went this morning. You see, I am from the Philippines. And McDonald's has adapted the Filipino breakfast, simply because of cultural differences and the way Filipino have their breakfasts. Having said that, my breakfast was composed of Longganisa, it is a form of sausage but the outer layer of it was made of intestine of pigs/porks, fried rice and fried egg. To add things up, I had Orange Juice to go along with my Longganisa Meal. Oops, I almost forgot, I also had Hashbrown too. You can call it Big Breakfast really. Well, I was full though. =)
But usually if I wasn't in a hurry like today, I usually have toasted bread with chocolate dressing and a glass or two of fresh milk. =)
