How to Express Yourself to your partner

You love your partner, its for sure, but do the other partner know if you love him/her, that you care for him/her. How can we express all our feeling. Is it just to go ahead and tell her/him that you love her or him or something else can be done.

Sometimes you just have to tell them when they are ready to hear it. Depending on the situation.

Yes, I love my partner a lot. But she is confused always whether I love her or not. May be she is suffering from fear that I will cheat her sometime in life. I don't know how can I get this fear out from her mind. I have tried to tell her many a times that I'm deeply in love with her but she finds I'm expressing all this to hide something wrong I must be doing behind her back. She is not able to digest that I'm very friendly and love her more than my life. I have tried many a times now and there is no sense.
