Do u think Rahul Dravid deserves to be the captain of India??

Come on its too much that we start blaming the captain 4 the loss. What we achieved in 2003 was a complete team effort, then how come we can blame just Dravid for the loss, so please let him continue as captain, we as a tem are not very poor, it was just that we had a poor day in the office. Hope the boys will do better in the coming games

I really cant think of anyone who will be better. Sehwag is in poor form and a little arrogant. Ganguly would be very controversial and probably cause too much of media hype which is not good. Tendulkar underperforms when he is captain and already he is not in the best of form. Zaheer and Agarkar are not captain material. Kumble is unfortunately not there in one-dayers. Harbhajan is not mature enough. Guess that leaves us with no choice - unless we want one of the newer players to lead!

I dont think Rahul Dravid is a good captain as India were disqualified from the first round of the world cup after the shocking defeat against Bangladesh under his captaincy.Rahul Dravid has a poor record of captaining India as well as Poor performence in batting whenever he has been captain. The main fault was of board in giving Dravid the captainship for the world cup.Their were many other player including India's former captain Saurav Ganguly in which board could have trusted in. Indian coach Greg Chappel was the main dfference in India as well as other nations.All the other countries were having great coaches but whereas Indian coach was having poor coaching record then also he was selected by the board for being India's coach. In the last world cup India were able to reach the finals of the world cup under the leadership of Saurav Gunguly and almost the same squad but this time India were unable to book their place in super 8 teams as well.During that time Indian coach was John Wright under whose coaching India went upto rank 2 in the ICC Cricket ratings. Now as India is out of the world cup the cricket board should take serious decisions to make India as good team as they used to be.A few youngsters should also be given chances because I have seen that if a new youngsters get a chance to play in a ODI match and he is unable to prove himself then he does not get any other chances. I should also say that India does not have good record in West Indies pithes as they are completely different from Indian pitches so that would have been another negetive point for them.As India and Pakistan are neibouring country of each other and both teams are out it proves that the pitches of west Indies does not favour pitches them.

ya he should deserve to be the captain of india as each team looses to someone dosent mean the captain should be blamed for the loss he should be given a chance
