I do experience some intensive itching on my genital organs especially my scrotum and i've attended some hospitals and took the correct prescribed drugs and other medicals but still it's not gone yet. Especially when i experience some heat in there i can't stop scratching there whether in public or private. The most times i fear in my life is when the itching starts in a public place. i feel so embarrassed can't resist the temptation of scratching there.
Can any medical genius relieve me of this embarrassment?
thank you.

Maybe try washing your clothes different then how you have been doing it? Sometimes certain laundry soap can cause people to itch like that.
ANd if you itch more in the heat, maybe it's a heat rash? If it's a heat rash, and my husband sometimes gets those as well and the best way to help it is right after you wash up, make sure you dry that area extra good and to be honest, baby powder works wonders. I have noticed baby powder working for a lot of things. So I would try that out because baby powder is really good and wont bother your skin any because its made for babies any way, so it is the safest way to go.
I hope you can cure this problem.

sharing personal experince, drink alot of water, a full glass of water every hour. its acid that flow from urine and generates heat and this acid comes specially from sour food eg. lemon, orange juice that trouble our digestive system and produce acids. so avoid sour foods as much as possible and water will dilute it. clean affected area repeatedly with water or wet-wipes.

First things first. For one, you have to avoid eating foods that can trigger the itchiness of your allergy such as chicken, eggs and most especially seafoods like crabs, shrimps, clams, lobsters etcetera. Whatever kind of medication you took and applied on if you don't avoid these things, it will be all useless my friend. . Another thing, go find look for guava leaves. They are best for skin itching you know. What you'll gonna do with the leaves is very simple. Just boil it. When it's warm, go take a bath especially on the affected area. That will be your water, you understand what i'm sayin? ... that's all i can do for now. Hope it will be cured soon. Just be patient and don't scratch, it will just get worse.
