My puppy is a weiner!

We have gotten a new puppy, he is about 10weeks now and is apparantly a dachsund mix. he is very cute to be sure! white with tan and kind of long haired. i know that doesnt sound like a dachsund, but his body and head shape say weiner dog all the way lol!
im curious about other ppl's dachsunds. are they a "talkative" dog? this little booger likes to "back talk" when you tell him No! brat. and even though our other dog isnt a large dog, he is certainly bigger than the puppy. yet the puppy can get very aggressive with him...and super jealous of the older dog too.
is being talkative and aggressive/jealous an average trait of dachsund personalities? or just my particular mutt mix?!

As far as the talkative part I have a chihuahua and she'll yap at almost anything so I think it is a small dog thing. The aggression/jealousy thing, that is more than likely just him trying to establish his spot in the "pecking order" of the pack. but he sounds like an absolute doll.

yeah i can certainly see the pecking order being tried over and over again. but he is calming down a bit now, thankfully.
actually getting old enough to enjoy being petted instead of always thinking it means play.
he is a little cutie..bummer i dont have pic of him..but at the same time he can be absolute little troll! lol!
