My dogs are my only friends.

Yeah it is really rare to find a true friend these days. But I believe they still exists. Some people are just not lucky to meet them. Perhaps I am one of those unlucky ones hahaha. I was once had a bestfriend in college. Our friendship lasted for 5 years. The thing was,she betrayed me in we lost the so called profound relationship. We end up hurting each other and so we parted ways.I won't go into details anymore because I'm done with it and I've forgiven her. We still communicate but not as usual as we did before. It is really frustrating to find out that even those who are close to you worst is you even consider as bestfriend betrays you.But that's life and we just strive to be happy. My mother used to tell me "If you want a friend, BE a friend." This is a nice sentiment but it does not protect you from betrayal and disappointment. People are flawed, therefore, relationships with people will be flawed. I am flawed but I strive to be an honest, loyal friend. There have been times when I had friends and there have been times when I had no friends. This is life. i content myself with knowing that if I ever have another friend, I have learned enough to be an even better friend. It is only lonely when you are not happy with your own company and are dissatisfied with the fullness of your life. It is hurtful to concentrate and dwell on the heartaches of yesterday. Live and learn...and move on. By the way, I love dogs,too. I miss my cocker spaniel. She would listen and "talk" to me with such understanding and sympathy, it was almost like having a friend. ALMOST. She stuck by me through a very lonely stage in my life. Please remember that life is series of stages, there's no need to get stuck in one. Love your dogs but leave yourself open to human companionship,as well. Chin up!

Allah (GOD) is the true friend. think in Allah and think why allah send us, what is our responsibilities towords allah. belive me if you think in allah and follow the way which allah tell us, you will feel so relax then any time before in your life.

Wow,I know how you feel. My best friend really turned on me awhile back and hurt me deeply. I told my husband the other day that my dogs are better friends to me than she ever was. At least you know they won't talk about you and they will not betray you. I love my dogs. By the way your doggies are very pretty.

I love my dog too. Dogs are the most loyal friends you can ever have, but don't give up on humans. We humans make stupid mistakes that dogs wouldn't even think of. I just know that someday you'll find someone you'll be able to rely on. At this point in my life, I've been trough quite a few duds, but I have a few good friends who are always there for me, and I can trust with my life.
