yes ,you are very right, every boss is do his/her job from their joniors. but not everyone do job from juniors will be a boss or a great boss like bill gates.haha, so just working hard ,no matter if you will be a great boss, I think you will get success finally.

Certainly, if i were boss definately i will maintain good human qualities and also very kind nature on my subordinates and collegues. Regards sekhar
