Is horse riding harmful

my friend has a very bad experience after a repeated horse riding he has to operate on testicals. Doctor has asked him to stop horse riding not even cycling.I really dont know whats wrong to him?

Is it so? I don't think that the problem will be because of horse riding because if that was the case then no one will prefer to go for horse riding. I think he would have had some other problem and horse riding or cycling may be adding to that problem. But i am sure that he would'nt have faced this problem only because of horse riding!

Yes, I am thinking the same way as you do. There is another cause why he must stop horseback riding and he is even told not to go on cycling activities.
