This is exactly why women should never run in high heels. No doubt that slipper was designed by a man who never had to wear a pair of heels a day in his life. They are just not made for sprinting out of a ball to a waiting carriage that will turn into a pumpkin at the stroke of midnight. She should have been wearing Nikes, but I suppose there would be no story to tell had she done that.
