I really need to start my day off with a cup of caffiene, but I have never liked the taste of coffee, so my drug of choice is always tea. How about you? Are you a coffee drinker or a tea totaller? I think tea has more health benefits than coffee and that's the other reason why I choose tea. Do you also believe this or do you think it's a myth?

Coffee in the morning
Coffee in the evening
Coffee at supper time
Oh thats a song lol
my poor coffee pot goes from morning till I go to bed
I dont like waiting for my coffee so I have a bun coffee maker
an wow is it fast, I use sugar in my coffee and later in the day i add some vanilla flavorings.
I usually only drink iced tea unless I go somewhere and all they have is tea thani will drink it.
But are you a hard core coffee drinker do you drink it year round like in the summer when its 95 out. we do and our kids think were nuts lol but that just keeps them guessing.

I think for me is a cup of coffee with milk in the morning and afternoon. And a cup of tea in the evening to ease the heaviness sometimes of dinner. As of now, I'm quite puzzle about coffee and its properties. A great coffe company here, started an addvertise campaign as coffe being a part for welness. I don't know. They say it has thrice the anti-oxidant property than tea. And you can have a cup of tea up to three times a day. It will still be consider healthy. For tea, I heard it gives us a slow boost compare to coffe. So you won't feel your adrenaline going up and down unlike in coffe. And that tea has slimming properties and cleansing too. What do you think my friend? I'm confused sometimes.(^^,LOL) Have a nice day!

I am a coffee drinker. I love my coffee. I take 3 mugs in the morning. I have tea in the house, but, I really don't drink it unless I am sick. I think green tea is very healthy, as it has anti oxodins in it. Not all teas are healthy. They are as acidic as coffee. And, coffee is good for migranes and for colon cancer. So, to conclude, both have pluses and some minuses.

I prefer the taste of tea, but for the first cup, my stomach can't handle strong tea before I have food, so I go with coffee. I need that jolt of caffeine to get me going. I then have a nice, civillized mocha with friends, and probably another cup or two of coffee before switching to what I actually like the taste of, which is herbal tea!
