U r smoker ya chain smoker no??????? i've not smoked??????

i started smokin in my coll days.... i started with marbolo,gold filter, n now on navycut.... they r saying that each brand of cigarette has its own harmness..... which is the harmest....is there any idea i can stop.... if i can how can i?????

Ok fine, i think it is not too late to quit from it. I heard that each brand has its own effect and navycut has more effect than Gold Flake Kings. Now if you have decided to stop then i can help you out. Firstly you have to make up your mind saying that you will stay away from smoking for a day. If you succeed in it then you should question yourself that when you can stay without smoking for a day then why not totally quit it. I can understand your problem because even i have undergone such situation but now i have quitted. If you have a girlfriend then ask her to restrict you from smoking. I am not asking you to totally quit, but let it be a rare occasion and then finally quit. ALL THE BEST :)
