What if Apple made a console? What would it be like?

You know, I haven't got a clue, so I've put it to my friend that works for Apple to ask around at work - might actually produce something.

Considering apple is very innovative, I think they will make a console like I-Phone. A hand held type with motion sensor, just like Nintendo Wii, but this time it's hand held. And with apple's name on it, it must have a music player like I-Pod. I think it's a very cool idea to blend a hand held gaming device, a phone and a music player. Cool, let's do it Steve!!!

Good thought man, i think that the next in line from Apple is a console. And i am sure that it will also be top notch just like its IPODS and the really cool IPHONE. And i feel that they would go for a TV console, because it has more scope there than a hand-held one. Lets see what Apple has in store next.

It would be something strange and overly complicated, and probably in a silly, neon colour. I am not a fan of Apple, so I couldn't imagine the spefics, only make the guess that I would shy away from it specifically because of who made it.

Apple already has a handheld game player. You can now download and play games on your iPod. If Apple did truly jump into the game console war I think whatever they delivered would be a clean design with features aimed at gamers. I do no think they would try to build a media center and call it a game console like Sony and MS have. I think Apple would build something more along the lines of the Nintendo Wii with maybe more horsepower to deliver top notch graphics and sound.
