Well it depends on what you consider being "nicely paid". Your not going to make loads and loads of money for a hour a day or something like that. This is a place of discussion and interesting topics first and a small source of income second, if you think of it the other way around you wont make much. You need to post quality posts and responses and not one or two line answers all the time. People want to hear what you have to say and your feelings on a subject and not just a yes or no response. Thats why you will earn more for putting more effort into your responses. Quality over Quantity.
