Problem With My PC

I have Gigabytebyte iDNA Motherboard 939 socket,processor 3500+,1gb of RAM,80GB Harddisk ,DVD Writer , When iam installing any application like MS office,Nero,Maya & Photoshop. my system is showing an error message (UNABlE to Extarct Cabinet file) i have tried many every application is showing error message. These copies getting install in my friend PC , I Can't understand my problem
Anybody plz helpout wat to do.......

hello ranatelugu - hopefully this will help.
i suggest reinstalling windows - because that looks like a windows problem - what version of windows do you have? is it pirated or did it come with your computer?
you see, i think the problem is that the cabinet file - where all the files of the program installation are inside - is incompatible with your windows software - i think maybe there may be some files missing.

i think u use origional version of operating system. and which s/w u want to install that are pirated so the operating system cant extracting the files
