inclusion of LAXMAN in bangladesh tour???????????

hey everybody,after a disappointing exit in the WC'07 by the Indian cricket team,is there any chance for the senior player like LAXMAN to be included in the team??? i guess he will not be given a chance in the Indian tour of bangaldesh. The reason is that BCCI decided to send all the young blood to bangla rather than seniors...so guys lemme know ur opinions on whether LAXMAN should be included in the team even now or not!

I dont think Laxman has a place in India's squad to Bangladesh. You have already stated reason no: 1. BCCI wants young players to get a chance. Even if they select senior players it wont be easy for Laxman to get into the Indian team. Indian team is now aiming to be fit in all respects of the game so they need more than just batsmen or bowlers. We need good athletes. No doubt that Laxman is a good batsmen but his running between the wickets and feilding is not promising. This will set him back among the likes of Dinesh Karthik and Mohammand Kaif, those are players who increase the pulse of the game and can contribute remarkedly in the field.
