How does the earnings work?

I've been posting on here for a few weeks now and I'm confused. I can't figure out how the earnings work. Do you get paid for images? How much do you have to post before you can make money? What is the payout amount? I've been trying to get referrals, but people don't seem to want to join. I am really confused on how all of this works. How are they able to pay us? How many images can you upload a day? Is there a limit on posts you are allowed to make?
