Do MyLot Staff Give Us Reputation For Our Discussions?

I'm wondering if the MyLot staff are allowed to add and subtract to good and bad discussions that we are making. Are they the ones that really determine our reputation's rankings? Or is it just the other members who can do that? Does anyone know?

I agree with the above response that it is just impossible for the myLot people to read and analyse thousands and thousands of replies, discussions, comments and ratings. That's why they have given the responsibility of rating to the members itself.Well they can always intervene if someone make any specific request to myLot.As they delete the discussions when reported for abuses. They cannot determine the reputation of 85000 members.Even for a member it is difficult to respond to 100 responses in a day , similarly they will have to keep thousands of staff members to rate and analyse the member's responses and discussions each day.

IF they are allowed to? :-D Of cuorse they are, it's their site... But I don't think they are doing it... THey can't read and rate discussions from more than 80,000 people.

Actually, I think they are reading everything. This is why everyday the time when my earnings are updated change. Sometimes early and sometimes little late. That's the only way they can make sure quality posts are made so they give each one exactly how much he deserves.

Honestly, I have pondered over that issue too. I was even of the opinion that a panel of non-members should be involved in the rating exercise to reduce abuse and partiality. I wish I knew all the facts.
