Poonam Kaur, who has been selected as Miss AP 2005,born and brought up in Hyderabad. She has changed her screen name to Deepa. She acted as a heroine in Oka v chitram, Mayajalam and Nikki & neeraj.

She did fashion designing in NIFT, Delhi. And she did a music album titled Jalwa 2(Damaa dam mast kalandar song).
