OK I'm looking for some nice new exciting and sexy cocktails, I've just returned to bar work and have been but in charge of a party of 60-80 women coming in for a cocktail night, I know ones served in coconut or melon with colourful straws and umbrella's go down a treat,
can anyone suggest any?

I have been bartending for a long time and I love to try new drinks. A good idea is a strawberry pina colada, a banana pina colada or a strawberry/banana pina colada. Those go over very good at the bar I work at.

Hello Design,
I wanted to follow up with you to see how the party went.
Did the gals have a great time? And, what special concoctions did you create for them? And, were you a huge hit? I'll bet it was splendid, but I'd love to hear your take.

Unfortunately the woman who's party it was put her back out the day before the party (putting on her shoes) so it has been cancelled until a later date, I did see her up and about the other night and she wants to have it in two weeks time, so hopefully it will go well.

have you tried a buttery nipple? It's simple to make. you just mis a shot of butterscotch schnapps and a shot of irish cream such as Carolan's or Emmitts. You can shake it over ice then strain out the ice and serve it cold. You can serve it over ice in a highball glass, or pour the concoction over ove in the blender and blend it all together for a fun summer drink. Be careful though this drink is almost pure alchohol and will get you drunk fast!
