I recently got feaver yesterday. I took some medicine and i still feel a bit ill today. What is the best thing to do to cure myself from being ill?

Get plenty of rest and drink plenty of fluids (water, juice or tea are better than sodas) to keep from getting dehydrated. Asprin, tylenol and ibuprofen are all fever redusers and can be used according to directions. If the fever persists for 3 or more days I would recommend seeing your doctor.
